The 2025 Spring MN-LEAP Conference was held at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato on May 1 & 2, 2025.

Speakers this  year were Tynisha Gardner; Mark Lanterman; Marie Nutter; Roseville PD's Deputy Chief Adam, Sgt. Johnson and CAT Officer Anderson; and Chris DT Gordon.

New this year we offered breakout sessions of topics involving tough conversations in the workplace, multi-generations working together, expungements, finance and estate planning, suspense files, Great North Innocence Project, self-defense and more.
