About Us MN-LEAP's objective is to provide specialized law enforcement training and networking opportunities for non-sworn support staff from any division of law enforcement working in this unique profession. Participation in LEAP sponsored functions aims to provide a means of developing stronger skills and peer associations to enable members to better serve their Chief Law Enforcement Officers, their departments, and their communities. MN-LEAP holds one annual training session each year, as well as hosting several networking lunches throughout the year to bring together administrative professionals from across the state. Every other year, LEAP hosts a two day training conference for the spring training. |
