Below is the 2024 Dues Notice to renew your MN-LEAP membership. This document allows you to type your information right on the form and then print it out. Dues can be paid with a check, payable to MN-LEAP; or dues can be paid with a credit card by clicking one of the membership options below:

Please be aware we are in the middle of the name change currently with the IRS. The receipt through Square will have both the MN-LEAP and the PLEAA name on it until the IRS has completely finalized the name change. We anticipate this to be completed soon.
